.settings file is still being read by the standard
SfinxLite initialization, so there is probably no need to change
that.
Only if you have included a line to read either the STRWCHEM software settings
file (/home/helium/software/settings), or the SfinxLite settings file
($OSdir/lib/settings), you might consider to remove this command in order to
avoid duplicate work.
Also note that a file named .alias is now read automatically
by the default .cshrc file
, so if
your .settings file used to read .alias, you should
remove thast command as well.
