For remote hosts, select Telnet. The Rent-A-Window feature allows to open a window under a different user name (provided you have the password of course).
Editor
This offers a choice of editor programs, some of which are real X
applications, whereas others run inside an xterm window.
Mail
This pops up a menu with e-mail applications, some of which run inside an
xterm window.
This menu also contains the controls for the xmailflag program, a modified version of xbiff that is able to bring up your favorite mail application as soon as new mail arrives.
Filemanager
This menu contains some entries to start up a file manager. Unfortunately, the
choice of file managers is rather system-dependent, so not all entries will
work on every machine.
Info
This menu contains those programs useful for navigating on the
Information Super Highway, such as WWW browsers,
Archie, Newsreaders.
Calculator
This offers a choice of calculator programs.
Clock
This offers a choice of clock and calendar programs.
