Planets and Inner Disks in Reflected Starlight with SPHERE/ZIMPOL

This project overcomes the current limits of high-contrast imaging polarimeters, improve the sensitivity of SPHERE-ZIMPOL at the VLT by a factor of 10 to 50, and image, for the first time, an exoplanet in polarized light.
