Institute

When you arrive at the institute you are supposed to be given a small tour in which you are introduced to various people and facilities. One essential stop on this tour is the secretariate. Also included should be the Personel Office (P&O = Personeel & Organisatie. Any official matters concerning your employment at Leiden University are handled by them.

Another thing you may want to arrange soon after your arrival, is to obtain an electronic key to be able to get in and out of the building outside working hours.
