About me

I am a PhD candidate at Leiden Observatory, Leiden University working under the guidance of prof. Ignas Snellen and prof. Christoph Keller. I obtained bachelor degrees in Physics and Astronomy in 2018 and my master's degree in Astronomy & Data Science in 2020, all from Leiden University. I am working on a range of topics, all with the goal to detect and understand exoplanets, planets around other stars than our own Sun.

Current Research Interests

  • Medium and high resolution spectroscopy of exoplanet atmospheres.
  • (Extreme) Adaptive Optics & Wavefront Control.
  • Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence for better instruments and data reduction.
