Why go visit the Grand Canyon?... because it's on the way. On
a whim, I decided to go to this South Rim (I'd been there before).
But this time I didn't do a day hike down to the Colorado River
and back (I learned my lesson the first time). I stayed safely above
the rim with all the crazy French tourists (all of France is in
the southwest in the summer, they outnumber everyone else). I had
a relaxed day and took a few pictures on my final National Park
visit.
I think this is a coyote. Tell me if I'm wrong.
