Research

My research interests are mainly within late stellar evolution. I am interested in most aspects of stellar evolution, but with particular emphasis on massive stars, supernovae, neutron stars and black holes. I have worked on both supernova evolution and the environments surrounding supernovae, in particular SN type IIn. I am currently working on neutron stars, their magnetic field and accretion, using timing analysis. I mainly work in X-ray pulsars in LMXB, but have also worked on one HMXB system, a Be/X-ray transient system.
