Requirements
The following libraries are required to compile HBT-HERONS.
- C++ compiler with OpenMP support.
- CMake (version 3.12 or higher)
- HDF5
- MPI
As a starting point, we have been using
GCC 13.1.0,HDF5 1.12.2, andOpenMPI 4.1.4.
