Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients were taken from CDMS, version of January 2014.
Collisional rates are taken from Balanca et al (2018) and were calculated for temperatures in the range
from 5 to 300 K including energy levels up to J=21 for collisions with H2.
The second datafile contains collision data from a more approximate calculation, which covers temperatures in the range
from 5 to 1000 K including energy levels up to J=29. This datafile is suitable for modeling of hot environments, such as shocks.
