Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients are from CDMS (version April 2008) including hyperfine structure. Collisional data with H₂ are based on Lique et al. (2018), scaled by 1.4 for the mass difference between He and H₂. See Rivilla et al (2020) for details about the hyperfine collision rates. The datafile covers 116 levels up to 300 cm^-1 above ground, for temperatures between 10 and 150 K.
