Spectroscopic data are from Drouin et al (2010) as available on the JPL and CDMS catalogs; collision data are from Lique (2010). The datafile includes energy levels up to N=J=31, 1422 cm^-1 above ground, and the collisional rates cover temperatures from 5 K to 350 K. The collision rates have been scaled by 1.37 to go from He to H₂ as collision partner.
