Einstein A-values are from the NIST database (see the left sidebar). Accurate transition frequencies were measured by Zink et al. 1991.
Collisional rate coefficients are taken from the literature and include collisions with H, o/p H₂, and He (all from Lique et al 2018), with corrections by M. Wolfire (2019, priv. comm.), as well as with electrons (Bell et al. 1998).
Collisional rate coefficients with H⁺ were calculated by E. Roueff (2019, priv. comm.) based on cross-sections by Spirko et al. (2003).
