Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients were taken from the JPL catalog for the rotation-inversion spectrum, and from CDMS for the hyperfine spectrum. Collision data for the rotation-inversion transitions are taken from Demes et al. (2023) and were calculated for temperatures in the range from 100 to 500 K including energy levels up to 800 cm-1 for collisions with ortho- and para-H2.

Collision rates for the hyperfine structure are from Loreau et al (2023) and cover temperatures up to 100 K for energy levels up to 200 cm-1 above ground. In this case, only rates with para-H2 are provided.

For NH2D, we provide collision data by Daniel et al (2014), which cover energy levels up to 512 cm-1 for collisions with ortho- and para-H2 at temperatures from 5 to 300 K. The spectroscopy for this species is taken from the CDMS catalog.
