The datafile covers the rotational transitions of HD up to the v=1 level (~3100 cm^-1), for temperatures from 50 to 200 K.

Spectroscopy is from the CDMS, version 2 of December 2011.

Collisional data with ortho and para H₂ are from Flower (1999), and include the ΔJ=1 transitions as well as the J=2-0 transition.
