Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients are from CDMS, version 3 of January 2009. Collisional rates with ortho and para H₂ are from Balança et al (2021) and were calculated for temperatures in the range from 5 to 100 K including energy levels up to J=29 (135 cm^-1).
