Hey, I'm Margot Brouwer

After my receiving my MSc at the GRAPPA (Gravitation and Astroparticle Physics Amsterdam) Centre of Excellence, I started as a cosmology PhD candidate at the Leiden Observatory, where I studied dark matter using weak gravitational lensing with the Kilo-Degree Survey. I'm currently working as a Postdoc at the Kapteyn Astronomical Institute (Groningen) and the Institute of Theoretical Physics (Amsterdam). My research interests include cosmology, dark matter, dark energy, gravity, large scale structure, galaxies, and much more. I also enjoy popular science writing, outreach and education.
