Hydroxyl Ion

Spectroscopic data are taken from the CDMS catalog, version 2 (January 2016), covering rotation-hyperfine states up to N=11 at 2136 cm-1.

Collision rates with H atoms are from Lique et al 2016 and cover states up to 1000 cm-1 above ground for temperatures from 10 to 1000 K.

Electron collision rates are from Hamilton et al (2018). and cover states up to N=11 for temperatures up to 3000 K.
