CH3OH
Methanol
LAMDA | RADEX on-line

Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients were taken from CDMS. The collisional rates are taken from Pottage et al. (2004) and were calculated for temperatures in the range from 5 to 200 K including energy levels up to about 360 cm-1 for collisions with H2. At present no extrapolated rate coefficients are made available.

The original rates for A-type methanol by Pottage et al were missing certain states which have been added in the current datafile. See Kristensen et al (2010) for a description of the procedure.
