I am a PhD student in astrochemistry at the Sackler Laboratory for Astrophysics, part of the Leiden Observatory. My research focuses on photoprocesses induced in molecular ices around protostars. I aim to understand the chemistry that takes place in the cold parts of sun-like star forming regions through both laboratory work and observations.
I am doing my PhD in Pr. Harold Linnartz's group who is supervising my thesis work. I also work in close collaboration with my two co-promotores: Pr. Jean-Hugues Fillion (Lpmaa - Univ. Paris 6) and Dr. Karin Öberg (Harvard - Smithsonian CfA). I got my magister's degree (BSc and MSc) at Paris Sud university in the department of physical chemistry.
