Welcome to my website! Here you can find information about who I am, what I work on/have worked on as well as with whom and where, and my personal life.
I am currently in the first year of my PhD, working with both Joop Schaye at Leiden Observatory and Simon White at MPA. For more information on what I'm working on and have worked on, please check out the Research section of my site.
I started studying astronomy in Leiden in 2004, obtaining my MSc degree in 2010. In that same year, I started my PhD at MPA as a CosmoComp fellow. I will spend the second half of my PhD in Leiden as a Huygens fellow. Currently I am living in Munich, though I visit Leiden regularly.
Right now this website is still under construction, and therefore still quite empty. I'm working on it, though, so check back soon.
